Cristina
Moroño has received several prestigious awards, twice from
the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando, Madrid in 1999 and
2001, and twice from the Spanish Government of Comunidad de Madrid
in 2000 and 2005. She was also granted several fellowships at the
Joan Miro Foundation in Mallorca, Spain.
