Cristina
Moroño received several prestigious awards, twice from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando, Madrid in 1999 and 2001, and twice from the Spanish Government of Comunidad de Madrid in 2000 and 2005. She was granted several fellowships at the Joan Miro Foundation in Mallorca, Spain.
She recently received the Prize awarded by the Spanish Gorvernement of Comunidad de Madrid and ESTAMPA to the "Best Artist ESTAMPA 2007".
