Evelyn Floret

Glass Pendant, diachroic glass as a collage and then fired in a kiln, wrapped in 14k gold wire, 2-1/2" x 2"

From sculpting the figure in clay Evelyn Floret has expanded into making jewelry in the abstract with an emphasis on form and texture. Her pieces are one of a kind rings and pendants. She uses several methods and materials. Some of these are collages of fused glass, others are pieces modeled in precious metal clay that are transformed into pure silver or gold. She also creates pieces in wax that are cast in silver or gold. Some rings in her collection are fabricated in gold.
