Evelyn Floret is a Manhattan artist who has been sculpting since 1995. Born in France and raised in St. Louis, Missouri she retains dual United States and French citizenship. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis. In the process of sculpting, she searches for the inherent truth and beauty of the human form. Her reference is ancient Greek sculpture along with more modern French sculptors like Maillol and Wlerick.
