The American Craft Council is a leading voice in the promotion

This organization for professional women in the visual arts provides
a forum for the exchange of ideas and information through educational
programs and events. Art Table offers an Internship and Mentoring
program for an eight week length. The program is aimed at enhancing
the leadership skills and voices of women, with a commitment to

be matched one on one with an experienced Member, to gain insight

The
Brooklyn Arts Council was originally founded as the Brooklyn Council
on Arts and Culture. To meet the growing needs of a rapidly developing
Brooklyn community, BAC has expanded to deliver additional services
to artists. BAC offers Regrants to artists annually, through it's
Community Regrant Program. BAC also has a highly regarded Arts
In Education program which puts artists to work as teachers, to
nurture and strengthen the arts curriculum in community public

Longwood Arts Project is the visual art program of the Bronx Council on the Arts.
