Impressionistic and Atmospheric
Her compositions combine restful areas with animated energetic fields. With an expert and confident handling of palette knife she retains the depth of the pigments with alluring spontaneity and rich texture.
The artist’s style demonstrates an affinity with the atmospheric light-filled qualities of Claude Monet’s late Impressionistic paintings. We also see influences of the robust gestural expressions of Wassily Kandinsky and the ethereal mystique of Mark Rothko’s Color Field painting.

Gautier’s art work is greatly admired by galleries, collectors and professionals in the home design field. HGTV selected her as the primary artist for the program “Smart Home” in 2013.

A Celebration of Beauty
